Please note, teaching session times may be flexible depending on demand. If you require a different time, please contact us.

It is essential to arrive on time for lessons to avoid interrupting other lessons. Additionally, it is the parent’s responsibility to collect their child punctually from the centre at the designated time, as there is only a short interval between each session. Parents receive a half-termly report for regular feedback. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s tutor at the Timely Tuition email address.

Questions answered:

How and when do I make payments for tuition?

Payments are made in advance on a four weekly basis. Bank transfer is preferred, although you also have the option of paying by cash or cheque.

Payments are made every four weeks to ensure that both the student and tutor respect and value the learning opportunity. Progress is most significantly reflected after several months of consistent, regular attendance on a weekly basis. A ‘contract’ is signed by both parties for this purpose.

Can I miss or re-schedule a session?

If you have provided sufficient notice (48 hours) for medical or other unavoidable reasons and you have an individual session, we will endeavour to reschedule where possible. Unfortunately, this may not be possible for group lessons. Please note all tuition fees are non-refundable.
